“We share the goal of identifying bad actors,
platforms for bad actors, and
once we identify someone as a bad actor
uh, foreign bad actors abusing your platforms,
we share the goal of identifying bad actors,
to identifying bad actors —
we know bad actors,
Bad Actors,
figure out what bad actors will do on these platforms
that other bad actors can adopt and
some of these bad actors are trying to get more sophisticated
to catch bad actors
by policing bad actors
but spammers and bad actors
(and bad actors)
and so bad actors find out
it’s relatively easy for bad actors to switch currencies
placed by other bad actors
and bad actors.

These bad actors need an audience for their voice.
We’re building artificial intelligence to help to locate more banned content and bad actors,
which is an algorithm that helps us catch the bad actors based on their pattern and behavior
to stop these bad actors before they’re even able to tweet.
